Terms of use for this information site
These terms cover use of the PAS 128 Surveyors UK website. They do not appoint a surveyor, grant a licence, or create a contract for site work. Those things happen only in a written proposal.
The site explains PAS 128:2022, quality levels, and how this practice likes to be briefed. It is information, not a warranty that every buried service on a UK site will be found. Ground conditions, access and the quality level you buy all limit the result.
PAS 128 is a BSI Publicly Available Specification. We are not the British Standards Institution and we do not claim a BSI licence we do not hold. CICES, HSE and local-authority links are cited as public references.
The telephone and email on this site are temporary placeholders (020 7946 0958 and info@pas128surveyorsuk.com) until the owner publishes the live line. Do not treat a stock photograph as evidence of a completed job.
A quote request is an enquiry, not an order. If we later issue a proposal, that document — not this page — will set fees, insurance statements, and the scope of appointment. Until those facts exist we will not invent them here.
English and Welsh law govern these website terms, except where a Scottish or Northern Irish site makes another law the proper law of an eventual appointment. If a term is unenforceable, the rest remain.
