PAS 128 Surveyors UK is a national utility detection practice named for PAS 128:2022. We specify and deliver quality-levelled surveys across the United Kingdom and we do not invent street addresses, reviews, licences or job photographs to look established.

The practice exists because too many UK construction teams still receive a coloured overlay with no quality levels and are asked to treat it as a safe system. We write briefs and drawings in the language of the 2022 specification: Type D records, Type C reconnaissance, Type B detection that pairs electromagnetic locating with ground penetrating radar, and Type A verification where a crossing actually controls the design.
