A national practice named for the specification
PAS 128 Surveyors UK is a national utility detection practice named for PAS 128:2022. We specify and deliver quality-levelled surveys across the United Kingdom and we do not invent street addresses, reviews, licences or job photographs to look established.

The practice exists because too many UK construction teams still receive a coloured overlay with no quality levels and are asked to treat it as a safe system. We write briefs and drawings in the language of the 2022 specification: Type D records, Type C reconnaissance, Type B detection that pairs electromagnetic locating with ground penetrating radar, and Type A verification where a crossing actually controls the design.
We are not a WordPress brochure with a borrowed testimonial. The header, footer and contact page show 020 7946 0958 and info@pas128surveyorsuk.com as temporary placeholders until the owner publishes the live line. The NAP locality remains the United Kingdom. We do not invent a street address, a review or a licence.
Coverage is national. City notes for London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and Cardiff describe local ground and link to official civic pages. They are not claims of a branch network. If your site is in Cornwall, on an HS2 enabling-works corridor, or beside a Clyde or Cardiff Bay plot, the specification does not change — the access plan does.
We align the locate-and-identify step with HSE guidance HSG47. We do not pretend a drawing replaces a permit or a competent excavator. We issue CAD and GIS because those are the files designers open. We label stock photographs as stock.
If that approach matches how you already run pre-construction information, use the quote form. If you need the method first, start with the PAS 128 surveys page and the journal notes on quality levels and Type B pairing.
