How this website handles enquiry data
This privacy notice explains how the PAS 128 Surveyors UK website handles information you submit through the quote form. It is written for a UK audience and does not invent a company number, ICO registration or postal address.
The quote form collects your name, work email, optional phone and organisation, a site location, a service interest and a brief. That information is used only to respond to an enquiry about a utility survey in the United Kingdom.
The quote form opens a mail message to info@pas128surveyorsuk.com (or whichever address NEXT_PUBLIC_LEAD_EMAIL is set to). The optional /api/contact route validates the fields and does not, in this codebase, store them in a database or send them through a third-party email API. If you add a mail transport later, update this notice before you collect live enquiries.
We do not sell enquiry data. We do not run invented remarketing pixels on this static marketing site. Server logs on whatever host you choose (for example Vercel) may record IP addresses according to that host’s own documentation.
You may ask what we hold about an enquiry by writing to info@pas128surveyorsuk.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will add a registered office and ICO number here when those facts exist — not before.
